This specific one is about the basics if extraction, drying, etc. Extraction, wet-processing, drying and sorting of seed | Diyseeds

All of this is not about landrace gardening, so you will find and hear about “isolation techniques” specific to heirloom variety keeping, but apart from that all species are well explained.
You can buy the dvd too, but all videos are accessible via those links


Vital Seeds in the UK run one. I did it and it was a good introduction. UK version so it talks about our climate (temperate).

Most will not discuss Landrace, but you can still learn a lot and apply your own principles.
